TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

ALL payments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for paid in full and payment plan purchases.

Payments are auto-debited every 30 days starting after the first payment is made. Please be sure to plan for the auto-payments in your personal calendar as payment reminders are not sent.

After 2 missed payments your booking will be canceled and all payments forfeited due to breaking the payment plan terms.

If you are registering with a roommate, you are responsible for full payment of the single room rate should your roommate default on payments for her booking.

Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance is highly recommended to provide you with recourse should any part of this trip or your travel plans not proceed as planned.

This experience includes lots of walking. Please do not register for this trip if you are unable to walk up and down stairs and also on uneven pavement for at least a mile.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I'm unable to attend after I have registered? Due to the negotiated group rate, all payments are nonrefundable and non transferrable to another trip. However trip insurance is an option.

What if my roommate doesn't pay? You may request a replacement roommate via our roommate matching service. If we are unable to provide a replacement roommate, you will be required to pay the single rate for your room.

How many guests to a room? Rooms will accommodate 1 or 2 people. If you need a roommate be sure to request roommate matching during registration.

What are the options for flights? TBD

Are men and children welcome? Pets? Men yes, children age 13 and up. Pets - no ma'am. Never.

What if I miss my payment date? Payments not made as per payment agreement will result in cancellation of your registration and loss of all payments made. Please make every effort to make payments as agreed upon at registration to avoid loss of funds.

Can you hold a spot for me? Only your deposit and timely payments will guarantee your space. SPACE IS LIMITED. I suggest NOT waiting for someone else before you register if you want to attend. Roommate matching is available.

Can I reach out to the other attendees? Absolutely! You will receive an invitation to join our private Facebook group approximately a month before our trip.

What if I'd like to purchase trip insurance or book my trip to NY? Visit Fly Life Travel to book all additional travel.

When do I need to purchase trip or travel insurance? I recommend protecting your investment immediately. For preexisting conditions, you'll need to purchase shortly after registration for the trip - within a week in many cases. You may search Google for options.
